Good value for money, helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, well-maintained hotel, safe for women, attentive cleaning staff.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating when I asked for help reserving a cab. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and I appreciated the newspaper every morning. I felt safe staying here as a woman, and the room and bathroom were always kept clean.

The location of the hotel was convenient with a stone's throw distance to hair salons, gym, shops and pharmacy. the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating, even taking food orders late into the night. the hotel had laundry services available and the restaurant, though mostly South Indian, had tasty homestyle food at good value for money.

The hotel did not accept international credit cards causing foreign transaction and ATM fees.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms provided, alongside the courteous staff. The location was also quiet, with easy access to transportation options. the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food options.

The hotel was located in a key location, making it easy to access different areas of the city. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the staff was very friendly and offered excellent service, making me feel right at home.

The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was weak and unstable, which made it difficult to work or browse the Internet. the soundproofing was poor, and the noise from the street and other rooms could be heard inside the room.
